**Possible answers for the blanks.

     Although the subject (Brutus) is singular, it is followed by a modal verb (will). Modals verbs (eg. can, could, must, may, shall, should, will, would) must be followed by verbs (kata kerja – eg. eat, drink, do, dream, read, write, travel, play, think, wish, love) in ORIGINAL FORM, without -s or -ing.

eg.

Brutus will scream.

Brutus should scream.

Brutus can scream.

Brutus screams.

He screams.

4. takes / snatches

5. refused

     The incident happened in the past, so the answer must be in past tense.

6. begged

7. slapped/ hit

     Hit in past tense is hit. Just like read, shut and set.

8. back / leg / ankle / knee / toes

     Any body parts that would be affected when you fall down is acceptable, I think.

9. homework

10. throw

     Same thing like number 3. After modal verb, you should use verb in its original form.

12. flee (meaning: to escape by running away because of danger or fear)
